Quakertown Christian School, a K-12th grade school affiliated with the Mennonite Church, is currently seeking applications for the following open positions for the 2019-2020 academic year:
Maintenance/Facility Coordinator – Full time, year round position with benefits. Duties include daily cleaning of the school facility, basic troubleshooting of heating and air conditioning systems, minor repairs to kitchen equipment, ordering of cleaning supplies, lawn maintenance. Minimum high school diploma required and at least 1 year of experience preferred.
Science Teacher – Full-time position with benefits. Curriculum for grades 6-10 includes earth, life, physical science, and biology. Minimum 4-year degree in education (preferably in the science field) required. Experience is preferred.
Coordinator of High School – Full-time position with benefits. Duties include mentoring/advising high school students on course selection, oversee online curriculum, discipline at the high school level, initiate program development, observe students to ensure needs/gifts are recognized/utilized, work collaboratively with online teachers, assist service learning coordinator in creating meaningful service experiences.
