Any family considering enrolling their child in QCS is encouraged to take a tour of the QCS campus and talk with our admissions coordinator. QCS students benefit from strong school-home relationships. A tour gives you the opportunity to get to know QCS and for us to get to know you and your student. We will gladly answer any questions you might have and find the best fit for your student. Families who take the school tour will receive a $50 credit toward their registration fee.
When you decide to enroll your student at QCS, you will need to complete our online application process . If you do not have access to a computer on-line, please contact our office for assistance.

Tuition payments and applications for Financial Aid are handled through our FACTS online payment system. Tuition Assistance is determined each year in May. We have payment plans! Find out more about our Tuition Assistance Program
Re-enrollment period starts at our Recommitment/Preview night on January 21, 2021.
BEFORE YOU RE-ENROLL you MUST have a ParentsWeb Login on RenWeb. CLICK HERE for instructions on how to create a ParentsWeb Login.
You must have a ParentsWeb Login to proceed with the re-enrollment.
- Go to RenWeb web site
- Select Logins from the menubar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your ParentsWeb username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password please click on the link provided on the login page.
- After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button.
The Online Enrollment System will open with a link to the enrollment packet that we have on file for each of your children. The re-enrollment process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved with your account if you need to quit and come back later.
The instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that must be submitted to the office by July 31st or uploaded to the enrollment packet before your child returns to school. They do not need to be submitted to finish the packet.
